Reset your password
If you signed up with email and password:
- Open Poker War and go to the sign-in screen.
- Tap Forgot password? and enter your email.
- Open the reset email on your phone and tap the link — it opens Poker War to a Set a new password screen.
- Choose a new password and sign in.
If the link opens this website instead of the app, you'll see a short page telling you to open Poker War to finish resetting your password. Open the email link on the same phone that has Poker War installed. If you signed in with Apple or Google, manage your password with that provider — Poker War never sees it.
Delete your account
You can request full deletion of your account and personal data at any time. See the Delete Account page for how to request it, what's removed, and the timeline.
Gameplay help
New to Poker War, or want a refresher on the rules?
- Open the app and tap How to Play on the home screen for the full rules and worked examples.
- Tap Try Tutorial for a short guided walkthrough that ends in a practice match against the computer.
- The quick version: draw one card a turn, deploy it into one of four lanes (or use your single discard), fill each lane to five cards, and win the majority of lanes scored as poker hands. A level board breaks on your remaining five-card hand.

Purchases & subscriptions
When in-app purchases are enabled, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel any subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. We can't process refunds on the store's behalf, but we're happy to help you sort out a problem.
