Your data, your call

Delete Your Account

Applies to the Poker War app and online services.

You can ask us to permanently delete your Poker War account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to request it, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address on your account, or include your display name, with the subject line "Delete my account":

Send your request to

playpokerwar@gmail.com

Please include:

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address linked to your account before we proceed.

What data is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, a record that an account was banned). Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to re-create your profile.

Expected timeline

Active subscriptions

Deleting your Poker War account does not cancel a subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through the store that sold it — manage it in your Apple App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Subscriptions) account. Cancelling there stops future billing; we cannot cancel or refund store subscriptions on your behalf.

Changed your mind?

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you'd rather take a break, you can simply sign out and stop playing — your data stays put until you ask us to remove it. Questions first? Email playpokerwar@gmail.com or visit Support.
